Valid on select sailings departing on or before 12/31/25. To redeem this Onboard Spending offer you must complete the form located on your confirmation at least 22 days prior to departure date. Onboard Spending amount is calculated off the total price, found on the confirmation, minus port charges, port expenses, taxes, and travel protection. The Onboard Spending offer will be added to the booking approximately 21 days prior to departure and will be issued to passenger's onboard account on the day of embarkation. Offer is per stateroom, will not exceed 10% of the cruise value, and is only valid for new individual cruise bookings made on Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Celebrity, Holland America and Princess sailings. Not valid for cancelled or rebooked cruises. Deposit must be paid 10 days prior to final payment due date or 5 days prior to credit card expiration date (whichever comes first) and will be automatically charged to the credit card used at the time of booking; your final payment will also be automatically charged to the same credit card on file; if changes are made, offer will become void and the cruise line’s full deposit is required; changes resulting in a new cruise line booking are considered a cancellation, subject to cruise line's cancellation policy, our $24.99 processing fee, and $100 cancel fee. If you find a lower price on another website within 48 hours of booking with Entertainment Book Cruises, we will refund you 110% of the difference. The lower price must be in U.S. dollars and:

Our 110% Best Rate Guarantee applies only to cruise rates available to the general public. It does not apply to consolidator, group, incentive, interline, meeting, or convention rates that are not available to the general public. 110% Best Rate Guarantee applies only to the cost of the cruise (including port charges). Promotional packages, group deals, air or land components, onboard credits, transfers, pre- or post-cruise hotel stays, and shore excursions are not eligible. Taxes and fees, which vary by itinerary, are not included. Entertainment Book Cruises reserves the right to refuse the refund should you not be able to provide us with positive proof of a competitor's lower price. Entertainment Book Cruises reserves the right to refuse the refund for any errors in prices by the competition. If your refund request is approved, the credit card used to purchase your cruise will be credited 110% of the price difference within 7-10 business days of final approval. Entertainment Book Cruises reserves the right to modify or cancel the 110% Best Rate Guarantee at any time without prior notice or liability to you.

Refundable Rates
“Refundable Rate” only applies to the deposit portion of the cruise fare and the cruise must be cancelled prior to the applicable cruise line’s Final Payment deadline to qualify. Deposit does not include any applicable processing fees. Other restrictions or cancellation penalties may apply. Refundable Rate Offer does not apply to chartered sailings or contracted group bookings.
